Checking in/out resv
You may check in anytime after 3:00 p.m., and before 7:00 p.m., unless other arrangements are made in advance. You are welcome to drop off your luggage at any time prior to check in.
Check out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.

Payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash.

1 night – Paid in Full at the time of booking.
2+ nights – 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Cave Creek town, and Maricopa county taxes apply

Cancellations and Refunds

To qualify for a cancellation refund, please read carefully.

**B&B Gift Certs: Are by prior approval only and not accepted Jan-April, all applicable taxes must be paid in cash/credit.

To receive a refund in the event of a cancellation of your confirmed reservation, we must receive timely notice. For stays that are longer than 5 nights, during holidays, the months of February & March or area special event periods, and/or for more than 3 rooms, a thirty (30) day notice is required. All other stays require a minimum notice of Twenty One (21) days. For on-site weddings or events, please contact the Innkeeper for further information on our cancellation policy.
If you cancel your reservation with less than the specified notice, refunds will only be made in the event the room(s) are rebooked. Shortened stays will also be charged the number of nights reserved unless the room(s) is rebooked. Please note: in all cases, a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied per room.
Any credit towards future bookings will be at the discretion of Management

No pets. While we cannot accommodate your house pets, we provide three horse motel stalls for your horses during your stay with us.

** Wedding Booking Policy:

A Sixty (60) day notice is required to cancel a wedding or Special Event. With at least the required 60 day notice, we will refund your deposit, less an event cancellation fee of $1,000. The non-refundable deposit ($1,000) can be applied to a re-scheduled event date within one (1) year of cancellation. If the initial Wedding / Event cancellation is less then 60’s day notice, the deposit will be forfeited and retained by FCR.
